Once the grapes have been de-stemmed, a period of pre-fermentation maceration follows to extract colour and fruity aromas, after which a 12-day fermentation in stainless-steel vats under controlled temperature at approximately 24°C takes place. temperature between 16° and 18°c.
Intense ruby colour. Complex and opulent in the nose, with fruity (ripe red fruits) and spicy aromas. Elegant, with a velvety texture and very well balanced, this is a round-bodied wine with smooth tannins. Long and pleasant finish.
This wine is ready to drink. Nevertheless, if you're brave enough to wait, it can be aged up to approximately 5 years in bottle, if stored in a cool dry place.
