What happens if I am not in when the delivery arrives?
If you are not home when your delivery arrives, we will call you. If you cannot be reached over the phone, we will attempt to call you again and deliver the next time the delivery vehicle is in your area. If after a second delivery attempt fails, then you will be required to collect the delivery from our warehouse in Malta.
I own a business and would like to stock and sell your products. What do I do?
If you own a business and would like to stock our products, please contact us and we will immediately appoint one of our Sales Representatives to meet you and discuss your requirements.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders made on our website are usually delivered within 48 hours to mainland Malta (Gozo deliveries are usually made every Wednesday – see “Do you deliver to Gozo free of charge” question for further information). However, during busy periods or peak season, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be delivered. We do not deliver during weekends or public holidays.
I’ve made an order and it has not been delivered and several days have passed. What do I do?
If you made an order on our website and it has not been delivered within 5 business days, please contact us for assistance. Please send us as much information as possible such as order number, full name, company name (if applicable), delivery address and details of your order. We will do out best to assist you and solve the problem.
Is Delivery Free Of Charge To Gozo?
We deliver to Gozo once per week on a Thursday between 9am and 5pm. Exceptions can be made for substantial orders in which you will need to contact us prior to ordering.
If Thursday lands on a Bank or Public holiday, deliveries will take place the following official working day.
Deliveries outside of this day may incur a charge. Please contact us for further information.
Deliveries to Gozo are free for orders over €50.
Is Delivery Free Of Charge To Malta?
Delivery to your home within the mainland of Malta is free of charge, however, it is subject to a minimum order valuation of €50. Deliveries take place between 9am and 5pm.
Do you deliver outside of Malta or Gozo?
No we do not deliver outside of Malta or Gozo.
Can I collect my orders directly from your warehouse?
Orders can only be collected from our warehouse if you have been unavailable during an attempted delivery, or if you have a substantial order of our products. In which case, you will need to contact us to make an appointment.
What form of payment do you accept on your website?
Orders made online using our website are paid for electronically through our checkout system that is integrated with PayPal whereby you pay in advance of the order. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment. Payment is made via Visa or any other major credit or debit card.
Do you accept credit or payments made by cheque upon delivery of goods?
No we do not accept credit or payments by cheque upon delivery of goods. Payments for goods must be made in advance of delivery and through our checkout system integrated with PayPal. Payments can be sent to us by cheque, however, the cheque has to be received and cleared before the goods are dispatched for delivery.
Can I pay for my goods upon delivery?
To qualify for payment on delivery of your goods, you must be prepared to order in bulk and contact us with your order prior to delivery.
Can I get a discount for ordering in bulk?
For orders made through our website, we do not usually offer any discounts. However, occasional offers, sales or promotions may take place. These will be announced on our website.
What is your refund policy?
If a product is delivered to you damaged or faulty in any way, we will exchange it for you. However, no monetary refunds are issued. The goods must be inspected by yourselves upon delivery in order to exchange them.
My coupon does not work. What do I do?
If you have a coupon that qualifies you for a discount or special promotion and it does not work, first, please check the expiry date and validity of the coupon. Second, make sure that the coupon has not been used for a previous order. Third, if you have a different problem with your coupon, please contact us for assistance.
Always make sure that you type in the coupon correctly when placing the order online using our checkout system. Coupons are usually case sensitive.
